A glass of delicious and refreshing beer will become relevant very soon, with the coming of warm days. But in order not to limit the range of snacks in the form of chips and dried fish, we recommend you to pay attention to collected recipes. Moreover, it should be noted that each of these recipes also contains beer as a main ingredients.

Recipe hot beer snacks

Now going to prepare a spicy-sweet chicken wings.


ginger beer – 1 tbsp.;

soy sauce – 1/4 Cup;

corn oil – 1 tbsp. spoon;

red pepper – 1/4 tsp.;

chicken wings – 1 kg;

butter – 2 tbsp. spoon;

grated ginger – 1 tbsp. spoon;

chili pepper – to taste;

honey – 2 tbsp. spoon;

salt, pepper;

green onions.


For the marinade, mix half ginger ale. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, corn oil and red pepper. Immerse the wings in the marinade and leave for 1 hour.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and spread wings, pre-soaked paper towels, covered with foil baking sheet. Bake the chicken for 45 minutes.

For the glaze melt the butter and fry the ginger and chilli. Pour the remaining beer, add the honey and bring to the boil. When the liquid is evaporated by half, try the sauce and add spices to taste. Crispy wings stir with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.

Low-calorie snack to beer

The best beer snack – fresh shrimp and they are delicious and very quickly prepared. Make sure, to cook shrimps with sauce to our own recipe.


For the shrimp:



shrimp in shell 1 kg;

beer – 1 tbsp.

For the sauce:

ketchup – 6 tbsp. spoons;

grated horseradish – 1/2 tbsp;

lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon;

a pinch of pepper.


Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour the light beer, mixed with water. Bring the liquid to a boil, add a pinch of salt and boil the prawns until cooked.

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. The dish is ready to serve!

Recipe quick snacks to beer

This snack is not just cheap and easy to prepare, but extremely delicious. This recipe is not only very suitable for the case when enough money only for beer, but also to press on the table, even the most appetizing snacks. By the way, this batter is like not only for frying onions, it can be used for frying chicken wings or calamari rings.


flour – 1 tbsp.;

egg – 1 PC.;

Cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp.;

light beer 3/4 tbsp.;

onions – 2 PCs.;



Cut onion into large rings. In a skillet heat the oil. Mix flour with egg, pepper and beer. Dip onion rings into batter and fry in deep fat. This beer can be cooked in a slow cooker, warm up the oil in it in the mode “Frying”.

Tasty snack to beer

Sometimes even the most inconspicuous fish can be a great addition to a glass of beer. Instead of being spent on a good piece of smoked fish, buy a little fresh-frozen sardines and cook according to our recipe for a snack to beer.


light beer – 1/2 tbsp.;

salt – 1/2 tsp.;

flour – 1/2 tbsp.;

fresh-frozen sardines – 100 g;


vegetable oil.


In a bowl, mix beer with spices and sifted flour. Sardines (you can use any favorite small fish) cleaned with a paper towel. In a skillet heat oil for frying. Immerse fish in batter, take it out, let the excess drain the sardines and fry in deep fat until Golden brown (2-3 minutes). The fish is served with any favorite sauce and slices of lime.
